How do you extract our chats?

Well. In our initial days in 2019 we were doing this manually. But lot of customers were not comfortable knowing that their chat is being extracted manually by a human. Hence we developed a software that does this for us.

Our system uses python with a combination of APIs to make sure your data is all extracted automatically without any Human having to go through your chats. This is done using AES-128 bit encryption hence the whole process is encrypted end-to-end
