Refund Policy

After placing an order you have about 30 minutes before we begin the process of creating an encrypted link for you to share all your files on.

If you would like to get refund of your Booking amount then please inform us within this time-frame.

Regarding the refund of additional money paid for printing of additional pages. If you have paid additional for additional pages. Then the refund needs to be requested before your order has been sent for printing.

The booking money is also refunded once you go for a print order of a minimum of 350 pages
