How It Works:

After you purchase. We will need about 24 Hours to 48 Hours to generate an email address just for you where you will share your Social Platform ID, Password, Name of person whose chat you want.

It's recommended that you temporarily change your password for this process. You can change the password back to original after soft copy has been generated and sent to you.

This process is automated and we cannot see any details you share this way.

For WhatsApp

Approach 1:

After purchasing you will receive a link to which you will need to send without your media files. This method has a limitation where none of your media will be copied hence is only recommended if you want to print chat without media

Approach 2: (Recommended) 

We will contact you the next day at your convenience and ask you for temporary access to your messaging service via Whatsapp Web and a QR code to connect it to our Text Message Importing Service and the system will then make a copy of your chat.

The system is automated. Hence even we do not have access to the chats

This method is recommended as no media is lost while importing using this method

This is just the extraction of the Soft Copy. After you receive the soft copy you can decide how many pages you would like.
